wRVU Tracker is a productivity tracking tool only. It is NOT a medical device, does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment recommendations, and should NEVER be used for patient care decisions. This tool is not FDA-approved and is not intended for clinical use. All RVU calculations are for reference purposes only. Users must verify all billing codes and RVU values with official CMS sources and qualified billing professionals.

3. Professional Use Only

This service is intended exclusively for licensed healthcare professionals for productivity tracking purposes. By using this service, you represent and warrant that you are a licensed healthcare professional or authorized to use this tool in a professional healthcare capacity.

4. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily use wRVU Tracker for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

  • modify or copy the materials
  • use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display
  • attempt to reverse engineer any software contained on the website
  • remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials

5. Data Accuracy and Billing Responsibility

While we strive to provide accurate RVU data based on CMS fee schedules, we make no warranties regarding data accuracy. Users are solely responsible for:

  • Verifying all CPT codes and RVU values before billing
  • Ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal billing regulations
  • Consulting with qualified billing professionals for official guidance
  • Maintaining accurate medical records independent of this tool
  • Compliance with HIPAA and other healthcare privacy regulations
  • Professional liability and malpractice insurance coverage

6. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Service:

  • For any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to unlawful acts
  • To violate any international, federal, provincial, or state regulations, rules, laws, or local ordinances
  • To store, transmit, or process any Protected Health Information (PHI) or patient data
  • To make clinical decisions or provide patient care
  • To circumvent, disable, or otherwise interfere with security features
  • To submit false or misleading information

7. Privacy and Data Protection

By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of information as outlined in our Privacy Policy. You acknowledge that you will not enter any PHI or patient-identifiable information into this system.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR COURSE OF PERFORMANCE. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL wRVU TRACKER, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OR SUPPLIERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED $100 OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE LAST 12 MONTHS, WHICHEVER IS LESS.

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless wRVU Tracker and its affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including attorney's fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

11. Revisions and Errata

The materials appearing on wRVU Tracker's website could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. wRVU Tracker does not warrant that any of the materials on its website are accurate, complete, or current. We may make changes to the Service at any time without notice.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in the United States.
